Conditions of sale

All sales prices of the products displayed and indicated on the website www.pasticceriafilippi.it include VAT.

The customer will be responsible for a transport cost contribution (in Italy) of €6.00 for orders up to €60.00 even when, by applying the discount on higher amounts, the total falls below €60 / No cost contribution for orders above €61.00.

Shipments will be entrusted to BRT or GLS and delivery times are from 2 to 5 days from order confirmation. It is not possible to chose the delivery date.

Product not subject to the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code (sealed products which, for safety or health reasons, are not suitable for return after opening). In any case, shipping costs will not be refunded.

The customer will also have to check the integrity of the package and have any non-conformities noted on the courier's delivery note.
