SPICY PANETTONE WITH GINGER AND CHOCOLATE GR 1000

As the great master chocolatiers know how to do, Pasticceria Filippi also wanted to play with chocolate by combining it with one of the most intriguing spices: ginger. A refined combination where the full and delicately bitter flavor of dark chocolate, obtained only from Criollo and Trinitario cocoa, is enlivened by the fresh and pungent taste of ginger.

The special chocolate selected by Filippi is distinguished by its strong flavor with aromatic nuances of dried fruit, hazelnuts and walnuts, with hints on the finish that recall red fruits (currants and blueberries).

Exotic atmospheres and oriental flavors characterize the Filippi Speziati Panettoni: spices were the reason for very long journeys to the Far East and for this reason they have always been jealously guarded like precious treasures.
