Panettone wild strawberries and milk chocolate

Every year Pasticceria Filippi develops new recipes to satisfy the tastes of all customers. From several tests and tastings was born the delicious Panettone with Wild Strawberries and Milk Chocolate.

This new Filippi creation combines the sweetness, the slightly acidic flavor of wild strawberries, with the delicate, deep and rounded aroma of milk chocolate; the latter is obtained from a blend of fine cocoa varieties that create a perfect and harmonious balance

At the base of the Panettone with Wild Strawberries and milk chocolate there are always the same genuine ingredients that all our leavened products have in common: wheat flour, natural sourdough, eggs from free-range hens, butter and Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar.

Wild strawberries are a small sweet and slightly sour fruit belonging to the family of berries, which grows spontaneously in our country; combined in panettone with the melting and sweet and creamy taste of milk chocolate, it gave life to an irresistible gastronomic experience.
